I like that it can be used to pull in data from multiple sources; for example you could use one list of suppliers but also have another with product specifications which would allow us access into more detailed information about what we are purchasing than just supplier details alone might give (ease around procurement). It is not as easy or user friendly when compared against some other software out there such as Sage 50/70 etc - this may change if they improve their interface however at present its difficult enough without needing extra training! The fact i am able find my own contact info within our system has made life easier where previously contacting people was time consuming so much quicker now too thanks go backlisting feature- very useful indeed!!
