Found this from Target and decided to give it a try as I don't like Neutrogin anymore. It doesn't look like it would foam as it was almost like water. The scent is very clean and minimalist, so not super fragrant. It removes makeup really well and I've been liking it ever since. Doesn't dry out my skin like some products as I have sensitive skin. I don't break out after use either, which is good. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, Target no longer offers this, but was very happy that Amazon did. Now I will buy this makeup remover product.
