I ordered this dress for my daughter Jojo Siwa's 4th birthday... It was perfect! We got so many compliments. My daughter is taller and taller than the average 4 year old so we ordered a size up and it was perfect. The colors are very bright and the tutu is very cute! It is definitely recommended to wear shorts or leggings underneath as the tutu threads move and there is no real skirt underneath. It was so cute!
