I was so happy with these little headphones when I got them! The box is small and light. They worked right out of the box and are ideally very easy to hook up. The first time I took them out they connected instantly and easily. They're small and look good on the ears, hold their position well, and have decent noise cancellation. But after the first connection I couldn't connect the left one at all. Several tries. I did some troubleshooting and after 5 different attempts I finally connected! I thought they would continue to work well. However, every time I've tried to connect after finally getting it working again, I can only connect one at a time, not together. The small point that needs to be touched to play/pause, end a call, etc. is also very sensitive. Every time I adjust or remove it, I hang up or stop my music. I also felt that the sound quality wasn't that great and I had to speak too loud on the phone. I gave them up, they look and feel great but too much trouble getting them to work/connect and stay that way! Especially with poor sound quality/telephone calls.
