Faulty safety signal, poor quality

The safety signal I received from this Industrial and Scientific supplier was of very poor quality. My analysis of this product showed that the pressure sensitive adhesive backing was not strong enough to sustain even the slightest amount of contact. This could be catastrophic in an emergency situation where immediate action is required.The only positive thing I can say about this product is that the colors are vibrant but that hardly makes up for its lack of durability and overall poor design..
