For the price I paid I can't complain. I needed a gym band and since I'll probably be replacing my Iphone 5s with Apple's next version soon, I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I bought a pink strap and my phone fits perfectly in its slim body and still has room in my pocket. I wear it on both my wrist and arm and it's very light. The adjustable straps are a bit long for me, but I have small hands, so that's what I expected. There are too many headphone jacks for iPhone 5 and earlier. I can see clearly through the window. Cons: You have to press hard on the screen through the plastic to access the phone's features; no access to the fingerprint sensor of the iPhone 5s through plastic; and you don't have access to the volume buttons on the side of the phone, but that shouldn't be a problem since you can access the volume through the phone or with headphones with volume controls (which I have).
