Updated June 25, 2019: I'm updating my review of the Anker [2 Pack] Powerline Micro USB Cable from a 3 star rating to a 5 - Rating in stars. After posting my first review, I was contacted by their great customer service department. Without asking, they took care of my issue and made sure I was a happy customer. With such excellent customer service, I would happily order or use their products again and again. Thanks again Karen! I'm usually a big fan of Anker products. These two micro USB charging cables weren't as durable as some other Anker branded products. I bought these cables to keep in two of my trucks (not for daily drivers) so they were only used occasionally. I always plug them in or out of my phones carefully. It's less than a year old and has very limited use and no cable can charge my phone unless you make sure the cable is bent, stretched or twisted in the right direction. VERY CARING! Since the anchor cable I carry in my bag every day has lasted over 3 years, I was hoping these two would last a lot longer.
