I use the "tasteless" version of this product all the time, which I can't say enough good things about. This is a very high quality, pure and effective isolate. The "Dutch Chocolate" variety is the same but with added flavor and a slightly different nutritional profile, but this does not affect the overall quality. The amino acid profile varies slightly, but again, this shouldn't affect its potency. It dissolves quickly without forming lumps or crayons and tastes very good. As other users have mentioned, this is definitely more on the dark/bitter chocolate spectrum, which I thoroughly enjoy. Try it in baked goods to give them an extra boost of protein and an elevated chocolate profile. No one will notice or even know until you tell them. Without a doubt these are the finest and purest isolates, ESPECIALLY for the price. I've paid twice as much for "premium" brands that underperform in many, if not all, categories compared to NOW Foods Whey Protein Isolate.
