I just received this mask but I immediately knew I needed to customize this mask to suit my needs. It's not difficult. If you have a small head like me, you'll need to push the speakers forward and tighten the mask as tight as possible to get a good enough seal. (I RECOMMEND. The seller added a thin ring around the top and bottom of the ears without covering the sides for optimal noise reduction). However, I was able to customize it to my needs by pushing the speakers forward, and since my head is so small I also added an extra band for the small price of $2, to lengthen the velcro on the strap so it is tight enough. I did it all once. The tight closure and soothing music was enough to put me to sleep during my boyfriend's loud games. You know raids can be so exciting at times, and it's even harder to contain your excitement when you feel like you're the only one there. Well, I can barely hear it, and I'm glad I don't wake up with an earache from time to time when using headphones.
