Using the term Certified Refurbished for this product is offensive. My experience of "Certified Refurbished" is where a customer bought something and for some irrelevant reason the item was returned to the manufacturer who repaired it and then marked it as "Certified Refurbished" and the item should in many cases be better than be new But this thing came out of the box reeking from the abuse it had received. This Chromebook has been heavily used and the signs of wear in the form of scratches and varnish are literally worn away. It was terrible. But I'm a good athlete. I took responsibility for stupidly not reading the reviews - most of them warned me this was going to happen! But the system was unusable because the mouse pad didn't work. Revain was great and got my money back. No way will I do business with this seller. This advert grossly misrepresents the quality of the item being sold.
