Review on 😁 Plackers Stop Grinding Dental Night Protector: Comprehensive Pack of 2 for Effective Relief by Laurie Garcia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

these minimalist drudgeries are the least 'intrusive' and get the job done

I ordered 5 different night guards looking for a 'less is more' mouthguard that covered my molars based on a feature a sensitive back molar that kept me up at night grinding my teeth and the grinding made it more sensitive and prevented it from healing after the root canal but at the same time I wanted to avoid the huge rough mouth saliva. Different brands and styles I tried seemed more or less suitable for this purpose but I found the kind that required heating and shaping to be too complicated to get the right result and in the end I found that this was not necessary. a backplate that even fits over the teeth - the best thing for me was a soft, flexible backplate that has a simple soft plastic tip that fits between the molars - they hold in place just by the natural position. With a mouth-to-tooth seal and a narrow band that runs through the front teeth, full-surface shaping of the molars was completely superfluous. Pads with 3 soft plastic tubes that go into the bite area of the back teeth and a thin strip that curves around the front teeth to lock in place and these Plackers pads that have the same design but the plastic that goes in between the teeth goes is a flat bar. made of soft plastic. Even though the 'softer' types are labeled 'disposable' I would only need a replacement if I lose one, I will never chew it, and a simple morning rinse under water is enough to get rid of them for the most part to keep clean. I alternate between these Plackers and DenTek tubes depending on which is comfortable, but they're pretty much the same when it comes to being the least intrusive while protecting my teeth.
