Extra large Suitable for maternity pillows
I think a medium sized woman might like this. I needed it for severe pain in my shoulder and back. However, I'm only 5ft tall so this pillow is my height. Takes up a lot of space in bed. We have a king size bed and my husband said I look like I'm sleeping on my own island. I wouldn't buy it again for my situation.
