I decided to buy these cans after hearing nothing but good things about them. These ears sounded divine after the Phillips. The sound is full and juicy; the isolation is decent; the headphones are comfortable. They are compact and may be carried in any tote. I've recommended them to all my friends and they've gotten nothing but rave reviews. Sadly, the lifespan of these headphones was brief, despite many claims that fixing the wire fixed the problem and made everything better. However, not everyone can solder, and I only had my Porta Pro for about two months. It was sad to part ways with them, but the price of buying them back did not go up.
