This package did not live up to expectations, neither the photos nor the positive reviews. The tulle is soft and appears to be of decent quality, but the making of this tutu is terrible. The waist isn't sewn properly and all the ribs are showing, even with the satin material around the waistband. Another problem is that she keeps hitting on my daughter. At one point it was above her belly button, even though she pulled it down several times. It doesn't wash well either. It curls up and the tulle no longer lays flat. In general, the quality decreases.
