We have not used the product. I sent a disposable face shield to my family in California and ordered one for my family in Washington. As they are flexible we will try to attach them to the inside of his baseball cap to use as a face shield so we can use them a few times before throwing them away as we plan to clean them after each use. In the instructions they are attached directly to the face. Judging by the description, this is how salons use them. They don't cover the entire face like medical PPE, although some (not sure if medical) are sold at Revain. As we have several cotton masks, we hope that masks combined with disposable face shields will suffice. We haven't found a need for their use yet, so I can only describe how we intend to use them. hope this works
