I like this one. It's very, stays in place well and dries all day. The only downside is if you do your eyebrows first when you do your makeup. You may want to wash the brow soap off the skin around your brows, since applying foundation and concealer over them will make blending difficult and these areas will end up looking "clumpy" and not blending well. Ease of use and value for money. Also, I didn't use pencils or fillers or powders, I just used brow soap and concealer for highlighting. Try it guys. I like it and it dries quickly. So don't wait long.
