They say you need basic cooking skills. I've been cooking for over 30 years. The recipe needs to be simplified. 1 pound 4 ounces, 2.4 ounces. I had to buy a food scale to prepare the recipe. Make it so it's tablespoons and cups, like in a regular recipe. My dog tasted the turkey before adding the powder and liked it. After it cooled I added the powder and she didn't touch it.
