the darker edge color is literally colored. was not absorbed. then I noticed a dark brown scratch around the edges so I scratched it and to my surprise it was spray paint. So I sanded down the paint and wallet with sandpaper and then soaked up their ink oil. a very cheap method had to be used to make this leather colour, the quality of the purse is ok but i didn't get the look i wanted as it is more of a lighter brown color now. Not recommended unless you like a lighter color and don't want to sand the color.
