Good material and workmanship. I'm 5ft 5in, 130lbs and the small belt can't be tight enough to hold it around my waist. Slips on the hips. The belt loosens when running and does not stay tight. Also, it's too wide for women, so I run my hands over the bottles as I run. I took the strap apart, cut off part of the strap and sewed it back on to make it more secure and used safety pins to keep the strap from coming loose. I also untied the bungee bottle loop and bottle cage patch and moved it closer to the phone pocket, added velcro to make the pocket a bit larger so I can use regular water bottles, and sewed it on directly to avoid chafing. my hands and now it's perfect! So with some work, it's great, but it's not going to happen. Without these changes, it was annoying how much it slides.
