Before purchasing the Vita Mix, I bought several blenders and returned them because they didn't blend well. So I bought an expensive but very good blender for our house. I have a little ninja in our cabin, he doesn't fit in as well as I would like, but I can't justify spending a fortune on him just for the cabin. I read many reviews and chose this one. Oh my God! Honestly, it mixes just as well as my Vita Mix. Just like in my Vita Mix, smoothies and frozen drinks are ready-mixed at a low price. The leaves mix the swirls like my VM does. The only thing I don't like is that there is a timer that needs to be turned on for the blender to work, but I'll take care of that. I hope this lasts as long as my virtual machine lasted.
