I am a VERY thin man, 5 years "9", 150 pounds. They were so snug on my very thin arms that I couldn't stand them while sitting, much less so than when I was using them to exercise which I didn't even try. I have them on sent my back. They don't stretch at all. Sits VERY snug on my arm. The photo shows how skinny my arm is compared to the business card. The sweat belt is right next to it. Maybe these could fit a 10 year old. There's no way that an adult over 110lbs can use them In fact my 5ft Asian wife is 110lbs She tried them on and said the same thing - they are too tight the fit is not good as the con construction appeared to be of good quality.
