This is a very good scale. It's not perfect, but it does the job. It is very accurate in weight to within about an ounce. I bought 3 of these about 8 years ago. Left 1, and the rest has been presented. Mine is still there and still working. I bought this as a backup as the one I have is showing its age. So far it works only sometimes turns off and you have to pull the battery out and put it back in. Hey it still works after 8 years of normal use which means I use it about once a month as all my friends ask me to borrow it every time they go on a trip.
