I have used upcounsel as both employer counsel and employee counsel. It has been very helpful in streamlining my time management and reducing stress by having everything taken care of through this platform. Everything from hiring contracts all the way through payroll issues are handled here without me having to call anyone or even check with them. Sometimes it takes awhile before you receive replies but that's usually because they're busy! As mentioned above, using this service helps eliminate many headaches so we can focus more on our actual clients' problems rather than administrative tasks like creating agreements etc.
