My blue nose is a medium pitty, a bit chunky. I bought the XL and it was still too small for him. The cartoon dog looks like a large American Bulldog so I figured it would fit. I have a feeling these outfits are made for small/tiny dogs, which size depends on how stocky they are. I would measure your dog's tummy and legs then add a few inches so you know he won't shrink in the wash to get the right size. For anyone with XL (large) dogs, you need to look for pajamas made specifically for large breeds.
