*UPDATE: I received an email from the supplier asking them to fix this issue. He explained to me that they changed their supplier to prevent this from happening in the future. I have no issues with the error as long as the issue is resolved and steps are taken to avoid the same issue in the future. I understand that something happens to every business from time to time. I appreciate that they reached out to me to fix things. All colors are great except purple. After all the new colors have been entered, the printer detects a magenta color that is low on toner. I took it out and put it back in a few times, but it didn't change the toner that was showing a low toner level. All other colors indicate that the toner is full. I received an email from the vendor asking me to fix this issue. He explained to me that they changed their supplier to prevent this from happening in the future.
