I love this belt, no more painful buckles. The only problem I found with the belt is that I'm a tall man, I have 42 pants and ordered a large belt. The belt, on the other hand, is, if not dependent on the waist size, then the distance between the belt loops on the trousers. My pants have an extra belt loop on the side. The oversized belt is too long for a set of belt loops and I have to use the 3rd loop. Knowing this, I will order a smaller size if I order again. If your belt loops are close together I would recommend medium or small. The function of the belt corresponds to the description. It works fantastic, although it was a bit tricky at first due to the issue described above. I use both, one on each side as I fight plumbers all the time and keep my shirt tucked in for the belt to work.
