Review on Sonic Server Marble Style Deluxe Server Book: Top-Quality Food Service Equipment & Supplies for Restaurant Waitstaff by David Reyes

I decided to improve my game as a server and invest in a server book. I really love it so far! I've had it for a week now and using it throughout my shift has done nothing but good. I really like using different pockets on both sides. I use it to store receipts, parking tickets, cash, etc. For a clean cut, I decided to write a little cheat sheet detailing our monthly specials and the best liquor we have at the bar. Sooooo nice to be able to look into the book if I forgot a certain price for liquor or if the special dinner has veggies or not. I bought one in white marble and so far I've managed not to leave any traces of a pen on it. The book is easy to clean with just a few wipes. Definitely recommend investing in a server book. My only complaint is that the book is big, wide and tall to carry around. Luckily my waiter's apron has pockets big enough to carry it around.
