I've heard good things about Blue Parrott headsets but they didn't impress me and I'll be returning them. First, even though the distance is said to be hundreds of feet, I found terrible distortion at 10-15 feet. I expected much better. One of the reasons I got the BP was that the headset used multiple devices (phone and computer). After several attempts to run their software application on my phone, I gave up. It never remembered what kind of device I had, so I had to keep reconfiguring it. The multifunction button has never worked for me. After all, it's not that convenient. I have a big head and the ear pads are very "plastic" and not soft.
