Today I was sent a HORRIBLE USED product.
I asked to exchange these shoes for a larger size and received used shoes today. The soles are worn out, the laces are tied, And watercress on every shoe! Also, my app tells me I didn't send the 1st back. I'm glad I asked UPS to issue me a receipt for the first pair of shoes I sent back because the size was too small.
