The headphones were so comfortable! I have small ears and the size of the headphones matters a lot. The sound was PERFECT! I love bass and he had a lot of bass. The voice was perfect too. I sent it back because my sister and husband said from time to time when I was on the phone that they heard static. The hissing they hear is still there after disconnecting calls and trying again. Then the left earbud had a moment where it wouldn't charge at all after being charged overnight. I figured it was just me and checked it out to make sure the contacts on both the earbud and the charger were clean. After that it charged for several days without any problems. Unfortunately, the left earbud stopped charging after about a week. I went online to find out what other people were experiencing with them and I saw it happened to others. So, in the end, it became the deciding factor not to swap them for another pair, but to switch to a different brand entirely. I've always been on the Skullcandy team but it was a huge flop for me as I was always trying to get everyone else on the Skullcandy team. The overall charge, even when fully charged, was disappointing. The charging time of the earbuds is specified as 12 hours, but it does not mean that 12 hours also count for a second full charge from the case. NOT how much charge the headphones hold after a full charge. I hope that makes sense. For example, the description says it lasts 12 hours on a charge, that's not entirely true. The earbuds last up to 6 hours on a full charge depending on how you use them. You then put them back in the case, which charges them one more time before you have to charge the box. So you add 2 full charges of the case together (6 hours + 6 hours) as if the earbuds would run continuously for 12 hours. A bit misleading for me. Skullcandy, please do better.
