I wore contact lenses from the ages of 13 to 27. Then again now from 37 to 38 years. I did LASIK and didn't need it for the middle of 10 years. I have tried many contact lenses, cases and accessories. Let me break this set down. First, I find the gold case a bit gaudy, but I know a lot of people like lots of glitter. I find the mirror handy as I often have to remove my contact lenses when I'm not right next to a large bathroom mirror. The cut-outs on the cases are nice and deep, which is a big difference for soft contact lens wearers like me. If the holes are shallow, the lens may not open fully after insertion. This means it may have a slight crease that makes it uncomfortable to wear. I like having a second case because it means I can have a second pair of contacts waiting for me when I break one while traveling. The little paste tool is awesome. Nice, soft and flexible at the top. There are times when I have long nails and I find this helpful for ease of insertion when I have them. The tweezers are easy to use and can be opened and closed with little effort. They're easy to handle, but not exactly soft. I think you need something with a silicone tip for delicate things like soft contact lenses. They might be good on a hard lens, but I would feel uncomfortable using them on mine. In general the set is good and very useful except for the tweezers. One feature I think is nice that I haven't seen before is that there is an R on the right side of the contact housing. I saw that the lids have labels but not on the shaft itself. This is fine if you opened both lids but can't remember which side is which.
