The rope broke almost immediately.
The ropes that came with the hammock didn't withstand the 450-pound weight limit, they said. Me (155 lbs) and my wife (105 lbs) got into the hammock and the ropes snapped immediately causing us to fall on the hammock tube and injure ourselves. I do not recommend.
