I did not expect for what I paid. This flashlight is very light, the frame is made of plastic and it is quite cheap. Even with the right tripod, the light does move around a bit so I had to struggle to keep it steady. The camera mount is not very good. It's VERY thin and if I were to use a phone holder I'm pretty sure it would fall a few times so be careful. The lighting options are fine. The white, yellow and blue (tinted) light settings give you the options you need. If you're on a bigger budget, try something better than this. If you're broke this will work, but you get what you pay for.
