Although this amp is very compact and easy to install, I can't believe it puts out 400 watts. I have two very nice Polk Audio outdoor speakers perfectly positioned above my deck and I really expected this thing to put out some volume for large parties. Unfortunately, this does not meet my expectations. Bluetooth connectivity is also very weak; I'm currently sitting at my desk in a house overlooking the patio. I'm exactly 14 feet from the amp (12 feet wide and 2 feet inside) and if I put my phone on a table (which is right by the window) it loses the signal. If I then take my cell phone and hold it in the window, it reconnects. This is NOT the 50 foot range they claim! The description also says a separate subwoofer port, but I can't find it. While I'm relatively happy with the purchase, I would probably return it if it weren't for such a good price. This is in addition to the above: the Bluetooth connectivity is absolutely TERRIBLE. The first connection went fine, but hasn't reconnected since! The only workaround is to go to Bluetooth settings, select "Forget this device", then turn Bluetooth off and on again, and then pair the device again. Then when I enter the house I lose the connection and when I leave I have to do everything all over again! Wow what a crap. 2nd supplement: The situation is getting worse and worse! I connected 2 speakers to 1 channel L and 2 channel R, I have sound from both speakers BUT THIS IS NOT STEREO! I was playing a very popular song with different left and right channels and could only hear one side of the music, but through both speakers. what to do with it 3rd update: I'm on my second block now as that seems to be all Pyle could think of. When I asked about the correct connection to get stereo sound, no one bothered, just said to send it back as it must be defective. What is actually a defect is the ridiculous way Pyle labeled the speaker terminals on this unit. It seems that I should connect one speaker to 1CH/L and the other to 2CH/R, but that is NOT correct. I've attached an edited photo to help others figure out the correct stereo audio connection. To get stereo sound you must connect BOTH speakers to either the left or right jack as shown, NOT one to the right and the other to the left. This is really idiotic, and even after contacting tech support to find out how to properly hook up my speakers, all I got was an apology. It wasn't until I tried a completely wrong arrangement that I finally got real stereo sound. I hope this helps others avoid disappointment!
