The socks were comfortable and offered good compression. However, after wearing it for only 5 hours, when I took it off, I noticed that the fabric on the heel had already started to stretch and tear, as you can see in the picture. As soon as these few threads break (not for long, as these are compression stockings), a large hole is created in the sock, which due to the stretchy material keeps getting bigger. When socks cost $3 each. a pair, I'd probably keep them until they broke, but at $15 a pair I can't justify keeping them if they started tearing after just a few hours of wear. I sent them back for a refund.
