Went 2 sizes up, probably could of only went one

I read that this dress ran small from other reviews so I bought two sizes up, it is 💯 cotton, after one wasH it was still a little too big, if you have an hour glass figure you will find it’s large in the arms and waist but it’s still adorable, perfect for casual occasions and light weight! I’m hoping a few more washes will help straighten it out in the arms and waist. One wash fixed the length from knee to mid to just about below mid thigh. It’s perfect in the hips and butt, I’m not really big into body con anyway so I’m very comfortable in it!
