The main feature is its ease-of use, it has an option for different languages which makes communication easier when dealing with customers from all over Europe; also this way we can manage customer requests easily via emails or live chat without having our own employees available 24/7 (which would be great).

Sometimes there are delays between payments but nothing outta hand at least not more than other payment methods such as PayPal - so no big deal here! This tool does everything possible within limits set by Google itself because if they don't allow something then most likely another plugin will do exactly what's needed perfectly well anyway :p.
