Excellent pillow, I had this crooked knot on the neck from sleeping on bad pillows. I thought it was broken, it was so sore and cracked after sleeping on the wrong pillows. Well, that pillow, I didn't know you had to lie so flat when you slept. Guilty. It lulled my neck and my head was in a hollow. I sleep on my side and still my neck was supported. The hump in my neck is gone, I sleep 100% better and wake up pain free. PEOPLE WITHOUT PAIN. I've only had this pillow for a little over a week and am ready to order a few more for travel or in case production goes out of production. Dear love, thank you for saving my neck! No discounts here honest opinion.
