Update: I called the customer service number given in the seller's comment. Very responsive and friendly; They send me a coupon for a free replacement face wash to use at any local store. Still, buy at your own risk - I know I'm not the only person commenting on damaged packaging. The facial cleansing itself is ok. But the container arrived worn out and can no longer be closed, so it is constantly leaking. Definitely not worth the money if you lose a huge chunk of the product. There's also no return policy, so I just eat up the loss and move on.
