Great sound quality but uncomfortable to wear and no noise cancellation.

The sound quality is amazing, like surround sound to my ears! The earbuds are not very comfortable and don't sit properly in my earlobes, they keep falling off and I can't wear them for more than a few minutes, they hurt my ears, probably due to the hard material. .I'd like at least some kind of poetry. There's no noise cancellation, which is disappointing and almost distracting as I can still hear everything around me.
