I opened it and let it swell, thinking it wasn't guna at all. I felt this guna was too soft, which is a bit, but overall not bad. I sleep on my side and that's enough. Definitely not for back sleepers. Sleeper on your stomach - this is definitely not it, your whole head will sink. Also, there is a zipper that opens in case you want to remove lint, but that's not enough from what I've read in other reviews. I would fill more if that was the case. When I make my bed in the morning they puff up again, which I love. They are MUCH larger than our regular pillows so I liked that too. Very quiet but a bit noisy when moving which I don't like. One thing I noticed is that my head didn't overheat at night like it did on the old 1s. I use more than 1 pillow actually 3 but with this pillow I only use 2. I seem to want to buy 1 more to steal some fluff but I'll wear these a little more before I do. They're not that bad, they really like the hubs and that's saying a lot! He's pretty picky, but I think he's pickier.
