Bill feels like cotton but the rest is much stiffer - No vents at all - Has athletic tape but it's quite thin and stiff, doesn't feel like cotton - Bill is 4 inches front to back - No washing info, but I'm sure it's perfectly clean, just heh - The "Sport" metal badge is pretty easy to remove - Size adjustment on the back, clip style It's quite well constructed as far as durability goes, it seems like it will last but no vents at all was a bad decision.
