I like that we have been able to use forward as our primary solution in this organization instead if using multiple solutions which is great from cost perspective but not so much with managing all those separate products within one toolset! Currently looking at adding more features such has reporting/metrics etc however everything works well right now without any issues being brought up around functionality limitations (although there are definitely some). Would love additional integration points between other 3rd party applications - currently just working out how best integrate them together rather than actually having integrated product options themselves yet though still open minded about ways they could do better here? We've seen significant improvements over last year's results when implementing forwarding across several different departments including Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation along w email marketing campaigns plus also internal employee communications through Slack channels.
