Review on Winky Lux Uni Brow Universal Eyebrow by Chere Reiners

I first got this eyebrow pencil in a subscription box (can't remember if it was fabfitfun or Ipsy). But I fell in love with this one! I'm redhead but my brows are a bit darker so I'm having a hard time finding a brow pencil that works but this is the best! I love that it has a brush on one end as that is key to keeping my eyebrows under control. I've never noticed it smudge or anything, but it does come off my makeup remover clothes easily. If you're on the fence, just do it! So worth the money!
