I gave it a few stars because they fit well and my son loves them and how the fur reaches to the toes. But they are just VERY cheap. You can tell the coating on the shoe is some kind of plastic sheeting, and when my son put them on in the carpeted living room and walked back and forth a few times, I noticed that the coating seemed to peel off fairly quickly. There shouldn't be any footprints yet. He just dressed her! And there was a big white scratch on the toe of the left foot. You could see that everything under the covers was completely white (a BAD choice for a black boot). So if my son kept them, he would end up with a scratched pair of boots with a bunch of white marks on them. She! No way. nice try and if someone doesn't need to walk they look great.
