I only dropped it once and the lid broke. Try contacting the seller to see if anything can be done. That's very sad. My mother and daughter wanted one but didn't buy it unless the situation was rectified. It was replaced and now it's broken again. The silicone ring in the lid came loose and got stuck in the lid. It is not fixed and now keeps coming out. They won't let me get a replacement. I hate this bottle now. If anything, it will take longer than 2 months.
