Received these cute lunch boxes, quickly washed the plastic (no dishwasher, just a quick rinse with water) then packed 3 lunch boxes. I was so pleased until I went to close them. I thought I might have repackaged the container, which is unlikely, but just in case, I've tried putting lids on empty containers and that didn't work either. Have tried several times and even tried all the lids and all the different bases (like the lid would only fit on one container) and still no luck. I've already started packing so don't want to go back, but $15 is expensive for a plate that's not actually sealed. I think we'll use rubber bands and hope for the best. Damn.
