Permanent inks, colored pencils, acrylics and watercolors work well... "Modpodge" print on both sides to protect art. Try your media to see how it interacts with the interface. Watercolor "washes” "bleed” but can create great effects. I use a dry brush for deeper colors that don't bleed. I buy this product all the time and recommend you try it for your projects!
