In general, I like the bag. Photos were accurate in bags, shape, color (I ordered black). However, when I received the bag, I saw that the adjustable shoulder straps on the back are not all in one as shown in the picture. They hang freely and get in the way, which I definitely didn't want. When I went back to this site to look at the photos and see if I had missed them, I noticed that they had either conveniently tucked them behind their backs or photoshopped them off-screen. If it suits you that the straps hang down and swing, then that's fine. But that was a big reason why I chose this bag over others. Confound. Ironically my credit card number was used in a scam the day after this purchase. Luckily my credit card company took notice, but I will not buy from this seller again for this very reason. Just be careful when shopping online. If the name of the seller seems too vague and there is no meaningful information about him on the Internet, most likely it is a scam. Many Thanks.
