I like that you can create as many accounts for different users so they don't have to log in with their personal account every time, but instead just use one password which is more secure! You need an internet connection if using it from your office computer or mobile device.

There are other cloud services out there such as Dropbox etc., however this has been recommended by my colleagues who work at another business where we used them before (Kiq) therefore i believe its safe to say that others may be happy too. We would recommend this product because when working remotely sometimes our team members do not want to login into their own computers/iPads/Mobile devices so having these saved within QCloud allows us to pick up wherever we left off without any issues.
